Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Western Wisdom: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or socks unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make it easy.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package It Up: Securely pack your items with the original packaging and include your order confirmation or packing slip.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
