Shipping Information

We process orders faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days delivery after shipping)
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery after shipping)
Note for international cowboys & cowgirls: We ship worldwide (except Asia and some remote areas). Customs fees may apply.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be happier than a dog with two tails when you shop with us. If something ain’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
Hold your horses! Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Socks
(Unless they arrive damaged or defective – then we’ll ride to the rescue!)
How to Return or Exchange

- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and your RMA number
- Package It Up: Include all original packaging, tags, and your order confirmation

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping fees non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Bank Note: Your bank might take a few extra days to show the refund, like a slow-riding pony.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives looking like it lost a fight with a cactus:
